What secrets does Frickbears 3 have?
The main hidden layers are the four-mask chain for the Good route, the demo-era Susie route, the shadow characters Shadow Freddy and RWQFSFASXC, JJ, Lolbit's hidden shop stock, Mangle as the 40th completionist unlock, and the Ultimate ending that requires the other four endings first. Some community claims are demo-era or unverified; this page marks them.

What counts as a secret here
“Secret” gets used for three different things in Frickbears 3: a hidden route, a hidden character, and a hidden shop item. They are not the same chain. A route secret changes your ending. A character secret changes the roster. A shop secret changes what you can buy. Mixing them is how a completion run loses track of what it has actually done.
The list below sticks to the layers the site can source: the community ending guide, the unlock guide, the character pages, and the dated patch notes. Demo-era content is labeled as demo-era. Anything that appears only in a video description without a second source is left out.
The four-mask chain
The Good ending — often called the Mask Route — is built around collecting all four masks for Michael. The masks are not just collectibles; they are the route's progress bar. Missing one changes which Night 6 you get.
Treat the mask chain as a route commitment, not a side quest. If you are collecting masks, do not also try to salvage every scrap for the Evil route. The game reads your choices as a route, and a mixed run can leave you without the finale you intended. The mask route guide tracks the chain night by night.
The Susie route: demo-era, not a sixth ending
Susie is one of the most misunderstood entries in the Frickbears search results. The current community character page describes Susie's standalone role as demo content that changed for the full release. That means the Susie route is not a verified sixth full-release ending, and it should not be added to an Ultimate-ending checklist.
You can still read the Susie route page for the overlap path and the completionist context. Just do not treat it as a required ending count. The full-release community guide lists five endings: Slacker, Money, Good, Evil and Ultimate.
Shadow Freddy, RWQFSFASXC and JJ
The shadow characters are separate hidden unlocks, not variants of the main cast. Shadow Freddy appears in the office without a normal camera trail. RWQFSFASXC is tied to the heat and shadow layer. JJ uses a vent path and a mask defense similar to Balloon Boy, but the effect is different.
These characters are why a 100% run takes longer than an all-endings run. They sit outside the five ending routes, and each one has its own condition. The unlock guide is the page to keep open when you are chasing them.
Lolbit's shop and hidden stock
Lolbit's Shop is the token economy's home. It sells power-ups, cosmetics, and unlocks that gate secret rooms and rare encounters. The hidden stock is the part that matters for completion: some items only appear after specific progress, and the True Ending chain is tied to a hidden purchase after 100% salvage completion.
Do not spend every token on consumables early. If your goal is the Ultimate ending, keep a reserve for the hidden item and check the shop after major salvage milestones. The true ending route explains the stack.
Mangle: the 40th unlock
Mangle is the final completionist unlock. The all-animatronics page describes her as the 40th and final roster entry, unlocked after every other character. That makes Mangle a completion marker, not a mid-game surprise.
If you see a claim that Mangle is available from a normal Night 1 run, treat it as wrong or version-specific. The completion chain is the point.
The Ultimate ending: the stack, not a single secret
The Ultimate ending is the deepest layer, but it is not one hidden button. The community guide describes it as completing Slacker, Money, Good and Evil first, then combining the mask, salvage and Talbert's Files objectives on a later run. That is why a completionist run takes more than one playthrough.
If you are building toward it, keep notes. A run that “probably” collected everything is not a reliable Ultimate attempt. Use the all endings guide for the requirements and the tracker on this page for the checklist.
How to verify a secret without spoiling the run
Secret content is where misinformation spreads fastest, because a wrong claim is hard to disprove without replaying the game. Use a simple verification order before you commit a run to a rumor.
- Check the page type. A route secret belongs on the endings or route page. A character unlock belongs on the unlock or all-animatronics page. A shop secret belongs on the shop or true-ending page. If a video mixes all three into one “secret,” slow down.
- Check the version. The site tracks the 1.1.x line and a v1.1.4 reference build. A demo-era claim such as Susie may not apply to the full release. The patch notes are the fastest version check.
- Check for a second source. One video description is not a source. Look for a dated community page, a screenshot with the current UI, or a route guide that names the requirement.
- Protect the save. Copy
%localappdata%/Frickbears3before testing a rumor. If the run goes sideways, restore the folder instead of replaying the week.
The checklist on this page is deliberately conservative. It tracks the layers the site can source, not every claim in a comment section. If a new secret is confirmed later, the unlock guide should be updated first, and this checklist should follow.

Sources and editorial note
This guide is maintained by the Frickbears.com editorial team. Game facts are checked against the official GameJolt listing, the site's dated patch notes, and the community references linked below. Route and difficulty details can change between builds; when a claim is version-sensitive, the page says so.
